Shipping

We strive to ship all orders placed before 3pm EST the same day. We do not currently offer international shipping through the Site. Please contact info@riotmoto.com for international needs or shipping outside of the contiguous USA.

Free Shipping

Riot Moto offers free ground shipping on most orders over $99. Look for the "Free Shipping" badge on product pages.

Exclusions & Limitations

• Contiguous US only. Free shipping applies only to orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international destinations are excluded.
• Oversized & heavy items. Items that are exceptionally heavy or require freight (LTL) delivery may be subject to fixed shipping rates or additional handling fees.

For security, we only ship to a verified billing address.

Inspection & Shipping Damage

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Any missing items, incorrect parts, or shipping damage must be reported to info@riotmoto.com within 3 business days of delivery. For freight (LTL) shipments, any visible damage to the packaging must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing. Failure to report damage or missing items within this window may prevent us from filing a carrier claim or issuing a replacement.

Returns

All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival. Refunds and exchanges may be available if the part is in new, unopened condition. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, and electronic goods are not eligible for return.

• Returns carry a minimum 5% restock fee to cover card processing charges.
• If your order is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, you're responsible for the return shipping charges plus a restock fee of up to 20%. Alternatively, we can reship the item for the cost of freight back to your address.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed and processing, our card processor holds a percentage of the funds as a processing fee. Because of this, order cancellations carry a 5% cancellation fee. We do our best to keep stock and pricing accurate – if you have questions about availability, contact us before placing an order. We reserve the right to cancel any order.

Service Work

Labor and installation work is billed separately from parts. A diagnostic or shop fee may apply and is non-refundable once work has begun. Your service advisor will walk you through pricing before any job is approved.
